CXellence Ltd is a UK company specialised in helping organisations to deliver better results through effective customer experience management. To do that, CXellence Ltd offers a combination of services such as consulting, training, assessments, coaching, facilitation, speaking, workshops and executive mentoring.

  • You do not respond to our checking with you that you wish us to continue contacting you about the services you requested.

If either of these conditions are true, we will delete all the information we hold about you from your use of this website.

All of the above requests will be forwarded on should there be a third party involved in the processing of your personal data.

We accept a passport, driving licence, birth certificate, or utility bill (from last 3 months) when information on your personal data is requested. We may also charge you up to £10.00 or the equivalent in another current for fulfilling such request.

Additionally, even after you opt-out from receiving commercial messages from us, you may continue to receive administrative messages from us regarding the website.
